Is STR United a lobbying organization?+

We are a member cooperative focused on education, civic participation, and practical policy solutions. Where permitted, the co-op may support advocacy that reflects member-approved priorities.

Do I need to manage multiple properties to join?+

No. Individual owners are essential to the network. Our Local Member tier is designed specifically for people operating one or a small number of rentals.

Does STR United oppose all regulation?+

No. We support clear, enforceable rules that protect neighborhoods, guests, and responsible operators. Our goal is policy that solves real problems without unintended harm.

Can my local association participate?+

Yes. Community Partner membership is designed for aligned associations and organizations that want to share knowledge or collaborate on education.

What areas do you currently serve?+

STR United is building a national network with local participation. Founding members help determine where the first active chapters and tracking programs launch.

THE NEXT ORDINANCE IS ALREADY TAKING SHAPE.
